Andrei Yahorau is elected as country facilitator for Belarus of the Eastern Partnership Civil Society Forum
Belarusan delegation participated in the 5th annual meeting of Eastern Partnership Civil Society Forum of the (EaP CSF) in Chisinau where on 4th of October 2013 they have elected a new country facilitator.
Andrei Yahorau, director of the Centre for European Transformation was elected as a new country facilitator of the EaP CSF. Previously Yaroslav Bekish held that position.
Andrei Yahorau is a member of a Board of the International Consortium “EuroBelarus”, member of the Coordination Committee of Belarusan National Platform of EaP CSF and co-coordinator of the 1st expert group of the European Dialog on Modernization with Belarus.
Andrei Yahorau was born in Hronda in 1979. He graduated from Belarusan State University, department of political science, and holds a master’s degree in political science.
He is the author of numerous publications on the topics of social and political development of the Belarus, Belarusan-European relations, the Eastern Partnership, civil society, etc.
