The Congress of Belarusan Studies presents the prises for the first time (Photos)
Prises for the best scientific publication through 2011 and 2012 at the Congress of Belarusan Studies in Kaunas, were given in three nominations: history, social and political studies, humanities.
The prize in the nomination for the best historical publication was awarded to Dzianis Liseichykau and his work “The Daily Life of a Uniate Priest in the Belarusan and Lithuanian Lands in 1720-1839”.
The winner in the sphere of humanities is Ihar Zaprudski with his book “On a way to Parnassus”.
The prize in the nomination for the best historical publication shared Iryna Lashuk and Aksana Shelest for the work “The Symbolic and Communicative Dimensions of the Linguistic Practices of the Belarusian Poles”.
