Štefan Füle: We offer Ukraine the biggest world market
Ukraine’s benefits of signing the Association Agreement with the EU are obvious, explained the European Commissioner to the EuroBelarus Information Service.
Štefan Füle, the European Commissioner for Enlargement and European Neighbourhood Policy, shared his opinion during the Civil Society Conference “Eastern Partnership Reality Check: Political Challenges and Future Agenda for Civil Society”. This conference has started in Vilnius simultaneously with the Third Summit of the Eastern Partnership launched yesterday, on November 28.
“We offer Ukraine the biggest world market. Isn’t it enough?”, claimed Štefan Füle when answering the question of the EuroBelarus Information Service about the doubts of the official Kyiv regarding the official benefits from Eurointegration.
Štefan Füle also explained that now it is up to Kiev to decide on the fate of Ukraine’s future relations with Europe.
“The offer is on the table. The Association Agreement is ready to be signed as soon as the Ukraine is willing to do that,” he stated during the Second Business Forum of the EaP in Vilnius.
