Andrei Yahorau elected as a new Chairman of the Coordinating Committee of the BNP
A new membership of the Belarusan National Platform of EaP CSF Coordinating Committee and its chairman have now been chosen.
At the Conference of the Belarusan National Platform of Eastern Partnership Civil Society Forum, which took place on June 21 in Minsk, a new membership of the Coordinating Committee was elected. Its members represent different Belarusan CSOs: Aksana Shelest, Natallia Vasilevich, Ihar Rynkevich, Vasil Valasiuk, Yaroslav Bekish, and Tatiana Poshevalava. Andrei Yahorau was elected as a new Chairman of the Coordinating Committee.
Andrei Yahorau is a member of the Board of the International Consortium “EuroBelarus”, the head of the Centre for European Transformation. He is a famous Belarusan political scientist, analyst, researcher. An author of numerous publications on social and political development of the country, on Belarus-Europe relations, Eastern Partnership, civil society.
